Chong Lien
Chong has approximately 10 years’ experience with quantity surveying background and specialist in Tax Depreciation and Traditional Quantity Surveying in commercial and residential property.
Chong graduated in First Class Honours from Queensland University of Technology (QUT) with Bachelor of Applied Science (Quantity Surveying) in year 2008. Eric received a highest QS Achiever Award from Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyor.
Chong started as a cadet from well known quantity surveying firm in 2007 and now he has started his own business which specialist in tax depreciation in 2013. Eric has a Registered Tax Agent license (No,53701008) since Year 2010
Calvin Ling
Calvin began his cost management career in Malaysia and joined Davis Langdon in 2006. Since then he has gained valuable experience and quickly progressed to becoming a Principal.
Calvin graduated with First Class Honours from Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in Bachelor of Applied Science (Quantity Surveying).
Calvin has wide knowledge in cost planning, cost estimating and post contract management including preparation of bills of quantities, contract documentation, tender review, cost reporting, variation assessment, progress claim certification and final account negotiation.
Isabella Song
Isabella began his marketing and sales career back in Guangzhou, China and joined Lien&Ling in 2014. Since then she has gained valuable experience and quickly progressed to becoming a Sales Marketing Manager.
Isabella graduated from University of Guangzhou in Bachelor of Applied Law.
Isabella has wide knowledge in law, marketing and property management. She acts professionally and always happy to answer any queries from the clients.
